1. Purpose

This policy explains how Scale 3PL provides performance reporting to customers via the Client KPI Dashboard.

The dashboard is designed to give customers clear visibility of operational performance, including order volumes and service accuracy.

2. Dashboard Access

Customers will be provided access to the Client KPI Dashboard via the following link:

https://lookerstudio.google.com/reporting/014dca09-dc57-4e0f-ae8e-e7e3563f63ca

Access is restricted based on the customer contact email held in Mintsoft.

Customers will only be able to view their own data.

If access is required for additional users, customers must request this from Scale3PL.

3. Data Included in the Dashboard

The dashboard may include (but is not limited to):

  • Total orders processed

  • Total items handled

  • Total parcels shipped

  • Picking accuracy

  • Recorded operational errors

This information is used to provide transparency on service levels and performance.

4. Data Accuracy

Scale3PL takes reasonable steps to ensure all KPI data is:

  • accurate

  • regularly updated

  • reflective of operational performance

The dashboard is based on internal operational data and should be used as a performance indicator, not as a legally binding report.

5. Error Reporting

The KPI dashboard includes operational errors recorded by Scale3PL, such as:

  • picking errors

  • handling or damage errors

Only errors attributable to Scale3PL operations are included.

The following are not included:

  • courier-related issues

  • delays caused by external factors

  • customer-related errors

6. Monthly Updates

KPI data is updated regularly, with key volume data (orders, items, parcels) updated on a monthly basis.

Customers should be aware that:

  • there may be a short delay between activity and reporting

  • data reflects completed and processed information

7. Use of Data

The KPI dashboard is provided for:

  • performance visibility

  • operational insight

  • account management discussions

Customers should not rely solely on dashboard data for financial or contractual decisions without confirmation from Scale 3PL.

8. Data Access & Confidentiality

The dashboard is configured to ensure customers can only view their own data.

Customers must not attempt to access or request data relating to other clients.

9. Queries and Discrepancies

If customers believe there is an error in the dashboard data, they should contact Scale 3PL with:

  • details of the issue

  • relevant order or shipment references

Scale3PL will review and respond accordingly.

10. Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it reflects the reporting processes and systems used by Scale 3PL.
