This policy explains how Scale3PL communicates with customers via email updates, including the frequency, content, and management of customer contact details.

Our aim is to keep customers informed of operational updates, service changes, and important information in a clear and consistent way.


2. Communication Frequency

Scale 3PL sends one email update per month to customers.

  • Emails are typically sent at the end of each month

  • Updates will reflect operational activity from the previous month

Additional communications may be sent where necessary for urgent updates.


3. Content of Updates

Monthly email updates may include:

  • operational updates

  • service improvements

  • warehouse changes

  • important announcements

  • performance insights

All updates shared via email are also published on the Scale 3PL website.


4. Source of Information

The Scale 3PL website acts as the primary source of operational updates.

Customers can refer to the website for the most up-to-date information, with email communications providing a summary of key updates.


5. Email Subscriptions

Customers are added to Scale3PL email communications:

If additional contacts within your business require updates, please notify the Scale3PL team.


6. Unsubscribing

If you no longer wish to receive email updates, you may:

  • unsubscribe using the link provided in the email, or

  • contact the Scale 3PL team directly

Please note that unsubscribing from general updates may mean you do not receive important operational information.


7. Data Protection

Scale3PL manages customer contact details responsibly and ensures that:
