Getting Started with Scale 3PL

1. Purpose

To explain how new clients begin working with Scale 3PL and how orders move through the warehouse once integration is complete.

2. Scope

Applies to all clients using Scale 3PL warehousing and fulfilment services.

3. Responsibilities

Client

  • Connect their sales channels to Mintsoft

  • Upload product SKUs

  • Send stock to the warehouse

  • maintain accurate product information

Scale 3PL

  • configure Mintsoft

  • receive and store stock

  • process and ship orders.

4. Procedure Steps

1. Account Setup

Scale 3PL creates a client account within Mintsoft, the warehouse management system used to manage orders, stock and shipping.

Clients receive login access to the dashboard.

2. Store Integration

Sales channels must be connected to Mintsoft.

Typical integrations include:

  • Shopify

  • WooCommerce

  • Amazon

  • Magento

  • BigCommerce.

Once connected, orders automatically import into the system.

3. Product Setup

Each product must be created in Mintsoft with:

  • SKU

  • product name

  • barcode (if applicable)

  • weight and dimensions.

4. Send Stock

Inventory must be delivered to the warehouse before fulfilment can begin.

5. Go Live

Once stock is received and products are configured:

  • orders import automatically

  • warehouse staff pick and pack orders

  • tracking numbers are returned to the sales channel.
