If you need to update your Direct Debit details with Scale3PL (via GoCardless), the process is quick and straightforward.
This may be required if you are:
- changing your bank account
- updating payment details
- switching to a new account for billing
2. How to Update Your Details
To update your Direct Debit details, please complete the secure GoCardless form using the link below:
Once submitted:
- your new bank details will be registered securely
- your existing Direct Debit will be updated accordingly
3. What Happens Next
- GoCardless will process your updated details
- Your future payments to Scale3PL will be taken from the new account
- There is no need for further action unless advised otherwise

- Please ensure all details entered are accurate
- Updates should be completed as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to payments
