4. Procedure Steps
1. Restricted Product Types
Some products may be restricted or require special approval before storage.
Examples include:

hazardous chemicals

lithium batteries

flammable goods.
2. Products Requiring Special Handling
Certain products may require additional consideration including:

liquids

food products

temperature sensitive goods.
Clients should confirm with Scale 3PL before sending these products to the warehouse as not all our warehouses can handle these goods.
3. Non-Compliant Products
If restricted products arrive without prior approval:

the warehouse may refuse the delivery

the stock may need to be returned to the supplier.
