1. Purpose

To guide new clients through the key steps required before sending stock and processing orders through Scale 3PL.

This page provides the recommended order for reading the client knowledge base.

2. Scope

Applies to all new clients onboarding with Scale 3PL.

3. Responsibilities

Client

  • review the onboarding documentation

  • ensure products and systems are configured correctly

  • send stock to the warehouse using the recommended process.

Scale 3PL

  • support clients during onboarding

  • provide guidance where required.

5. Step 2 – Connect Your Store and Configure Products

Products must be configured correctly in Mintsoft before stock is sent to the warehouse.

Orders flow automatically from your store into Mintsoft and are processed by the warehouse team.
