Warehouse Address and Delivery Instructions

1.Purpose

To provide delivery drivers and suppliers with the correct warehouse delivery instructions.

2.Scope

Applies to all deliveries arriving at the Scale 3PL warehouse.

3. Responsibilities

Client

• ensure suppliers and couriers use the correct delivery address

• provide delivery instructions to drivers if required.

Scale 3PL

• receive deliveries

• process goods in accordance with warehouse procedures.

4.Procedure Steps

1. Warehouse Delivery Address

Clients should send deliveries to the following warehouse addresses

UK Warehouse: Unit 19 Thame Business Centre, Thame, OX9 3XA

EU Warehouse: Scale 3PL Fulfillment B.V, Bosporusstraat 51, 3199 LJ Maasvlakte, Rotterdam, Holland

2. Delivery Hours

Deliveries must arrive during warehouse receiving hours, 9-5pm in uk and 9-4pm in EU

Deliveries arriving outside these hours may not be accepted.

3. Delivery Instructions for Drivers

Drivers should:

• report to the warehouse goods-in area

• provide delivery paperwork

• wait for unloading instructions from warehouse staff.

4. Pallet Deliveries

Pallet deliveries should be securely wrapped and stable for forklift handling.
